In order to qualify for free shipping your order must meet two specific criteria:

1) Your order must be an EZ Ship order
2) Your order must include 3 qualifying* items

If your order meets both of those criteria it will ship for free. Orders that are placed on EZ Ship but without 3 qualifying items will not ship for free; however, they do qualify to receive a 25% shipping discount!

*Qualifying items exclude all dry dog food and all wet and dry cat food. All other non-food items on our website count as qualifying items.

We highly suggest filling out a pet profile in order to determine which pawTree food is best for your furry friend! The pet profile will take all of the information you enter into consideration when making a recipe recommendation, and allows you the flexibility to scroll through different options. As a bonus, you can also create a customized label for your pet's food so their name and photo will come on every bag!

First, we recommend chatting with your petPro about the issues you are trying to resolve. Your petPro is a fantastic resource to use to help point you in the right direction! We also recommend filling out a pet profile and ensuring that any issues your pet is experiencing are indicated in the questionnaire. Once you have completed the form, you can click Fetch Results to see all of the different products we have that may address your concerns!

We ship all orders out within 1-2 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an email that includes your tracking number so that you can track your package. You can see your order status and access tracking information by logging in to your account as well. A link to track your package can be found under Orders in your account menu.
